Who we are
Ai Krew is the business name of Futureproofx LLC, a California company. We run email outreach for our clients. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can tell us to stop.
The quick way to opt out or be deleted
Email support@aikrew.com with the subject line "Privacy request". Tell us the email address where we contacted you, and whether you want us to stop emailing you, delete your information, or both.
You do not need to give a reason, and there is no cost. We do this for anyone who asks, wherever you live.
What we collect
About businesses and the people who run them:
- Business name, address, phone number, website and type of business.
- The name and job title of a contact person at the business.
- A business email address.
When you reply to an email we sent:
- Your reply, and the conversation that follows.
When you visit our website or book a call with us:
- Your name, your email address, and what you tell us.
- Our website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, but it loads fonts from Google Fonts and a booking calendar from Calendly, which receive technical details such as your IP address, and Calendly may set its own cookies.
Where we get it
- Public business listings, such as Google Maps, and public business websites.
- You, when you reply to us or contact us.
- Our clients, when they give us their own contact lists.
How we use it
- To send business emails for our clients about their products and services.
- To answer replies and understand who would like to talk to our client. Some replies are written with the help of AI.
- To pass your details to our client when you show interest.
- To keep a do-not-contact list, so that we honor every opt-out.
- To run and improve our service, and to follow the law.
Who can see it
- Our client. The client whose campaign you were in can see the business contact details used to email you, and any reply you send.
- Our service providers. These are the companies that provide our email sending, customer records, data storage and AI tools. They may use the information only to do work for us.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. When you opt out, we keep your email address on our do-not-contact list so that we do not email you again.
Your choices
- Stop the emails. Follow the opt-out instructions in any email we send, or email us. We stop within 10 business days.
- See what we hold. Ask us, and we will tell you what information we have about you and where we got it.
- Correct it. Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it.
- Delete it. Ask us, and we will delete your information, apart from the do-not-contact entry that keeps us from emailing you again.
We confirm that we received your request within 10 business days and complete it within 45 days. To protect you, we may ask you to reply from the email address the request is about.
You may ask someone else to make a request for you. We may ask for proof that you agreed to it.
We will never treat you differently for making a request.
How we protect it
We limit who can access this information and we use tools that protect it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that nothing will ever go wrong.
Children
Our service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
